DGNET’ purpose through the services offered on Bestjobs’ Site is to facilitate the contact between Jobseekers and Employers that offer employment openings by offering them tools and services in order to support the job search process in their country.
As Jobseeker, when you register or access our Site and/or App, we may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- 3.1. In order for us to provide you our services in the best possible way:
- To create an account on the Bestjobs’ Site.
- To help you establish contact with the Employers through your application to their job postings. To this end, depending on the privacy settings you choose, the Employers may access to your contact information and your resume despite not having apply to any job posting.
- Allow the search of your profile as Jobseeker (according to your privacy settings) through the Jobseekers’ database in Bestjobs.
- Edit and manage your resume on your private area.
- Automatically and free job alerts via electronic means. When available on the Site, you can request to receive job alerts through Third-Party Services or Applications. Your use of these Third-Party Services or Applications will be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the Third-Party Services or Applications. DGNET is not responsible or liable for such Third-Party Services or Applications.
- Instant messaging service with Employers to facilitate the communication with them. Please note that when using the contact form or chat in the user area, you will be using our messaging service. Messages and advertisements are reviewed to prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of our services. Also, when available on the Site, communication with Jobseekers may take place through other Third-Party instant messaging services that are integrated into the Site and in case you have them available on your devices. Your use of these Third-Party Services or Applications will be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the Third-Party Services or Applications. DGNET is not responsible or liable for such Third-Party Services or Applications.
- Management of our services and daily business tasks, including reminders, technical alerts, updates, security alerts, and support messages, among others. When you use our customer service contact form, your data will be used to answer any queries you may have through this form.
- To send commercial and promotional communications to inform you about our products, services and events, as long as we have your consent to do so.
- To moderate and display, anonymously, the employer’s reviews, interview reviews, salary reports and other content you have submitted for the benefit of our other users.

On the other hand, during the course of our activities and for the same purposes as those described in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Data may be processed by our suppliers, -including companies pertaining to DGNET’ corporate group- which provide us services, such as hosting, systems infrastructure, maintenance, support, marketing, software development, notifications, services, among others.
These providers may be located in jurisdictions that do not provide the same levels of security as the jurisdiction in which you are located, in which case DGNET will implement the necessary legal mechanisms to protect the Personal Data. To these effects, DGNET has subscribed the relevant data processing agreements with each supplier that provides us services in order to ensure that your Personal Data is treated with due confidentiality, adequate protection and only for the purpose for which they have been communicated, having limited access to such information and processing it in accordance to DGNET’s instructions.
