GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF BESTJOBS’ WEBSITE
PREAMBLE
DGNET LTD (hereinafter “DGNET” or “BESTJOBS”) offers internet users the Bestjobs Website free of charge and reserves some specific services for subscription or one-off payments.
BESTJOBS uses the terms “Jobseeker” or “Private User” to refer to users who are private individuals seeking employment or related services, who use the services offered by BESTJOBS and access the Websites belonging to the same.
BESTJOBS uses the terms “Employer” or “Professional User” to refer to companies or recruiters that use the services offered by BESTJOBS and access the Websites belonging to the latter.
The Private User and the Professional User will be jointly referred to, where applicable, as the “User” or “Users”.
Accessing and using the Website is entirely voluntary and anyone choosing to do so will be considered a User. All Users accept, from the time they access the Website, without any reserves, the content of these General Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookie Policy and, where applicable, any Specific Conditions that may supplement, replace or modify the said conditions concerning the services and content of the Website agreed, if the case, in the relevant Service Order or Contract (hereinafter, they will be jointly referred to as the “Legal Conditions”). The User is entirely liable for carefully reading the Legal Conditions before using any services on the Website.
To access our Website, the User must be aged 16 or over. If the User is aged under 18 or under the legal age of majority applicable in his/hercountry, the use of our Website and assumption of undertakings must be supervised by his/her parents, legal guardian or another responsible adult. If the User access the Website or use it as an employee or representative of a Professional User, he/she declares and guarantee that he/she has the authority to bind the company it represents (said Professional User) to these Legal Conditions.
Generally speaking, access to the Website does not require Users to subscribe or register beforehand. However, use of some of the services offered by BESTJOBS is subject to prior completion of the corresponding user registration, where the User will select a user ID and password.
The User can access, print, download and save the Legal Conditions at any time. The Legal Conditions will be permanently available on the Website via the “Legal Disclaimer” and “Privacy” links.
DGNET reserves the right to modify the content of the Legal Conditions without prior notice and so it recommends that Users read them every time they access and use the Website. Furthermore, DGNET reserves the right to modify the design, presentation and/or configuration of this Website, and some or all of the services offered, and to add new services, without prior notice.
In any event, DGNET reserves the right to refuse access to this Website, at any time and without the need for prior notice, to Users that breach any of the Legal Conditions applicable to them.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Website is to facilitate the contact between Jobseekers who are looking for employment with Employers who are seeking candidates to offer them work, providing primarily the following services:
- a directory of job offers categorised by role and location;
- publication of job offers and the chance to make direct contact with the people interested in these job offers.
OBLIGATIONS OF WEBSITE USERS
The following obligations are applicable to all Users that access and use the Website, regardless of whether they are Jobseekers or Employers.
The User undertakes to:
- Make diligent use of the Website and its services and solely for the purpose of the same and must comply with all applicable laws and the Legal Conditions of the Website, and show, at all times, due respect for other Users.
- Respect third-party rights when using services on the Website. This means that the User is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, transferring, adapting and modifying, using any means and in any way, the content of the Website that belongs to DGNET or third parties, (texts, designs, graphics, information, databases, sound files, image files, trademarks, software, logos, etc.) and all other elements of this Website, except with the prior consent of their legal owners or when this is permitted by law.
- Publish content on the Website pursuant to the provisions set out below, in these Legal Conditions.
- Refrain from using mechanisms, software and scripts in relation to using the Website.
- Refrain from blocking, overwriting, modifying and copying content unless this is strictly necessary for correct use of the services offered on the Website and for the purpose described above. For instance, copying using robot/crawler-type search technologies is not necessary to correctly use the services, which means it is expressly prohibited.
- Refrain from publicly reproducing and disseminating content from the Website or from other Users.
- Refrain from any actions that may damage the functionality of the Website infrastructure, particularly by overloading it.
- Refrain from any actions, especially hacking, that may damage, or render useless, the material and information contained on the Website, its information systems and documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer equipment belonging to the Website, its Users and/or third parties.
- If the User registers on the Website, they must keep the password they select and prevent third parties from using it.
- Pursuant to the BESTJOBS anti-spamming policy, the User must refrain from gathering or using data and content that are published on the Website and that belong to other Users for activities involving promotional or advertising purposes, and from sending marketing communications of any type and through any media when these have not been requested or previously approved by BESTJOBS and/or the data subjects.
- The User is prohibited from performing any advertising activities, offering and distributing goods and services subject to legal protection, and performing and encouraging actions that counter fair competition, including those aimed at progressive customer acquisition (such as chain, snowball and pyramid systems).
Publication of content on the Website
I. User Content
Users may include different information on the Website, such as texts, job offers, images, audio files, videos, comments, messages, trademarks, logos and any other type of information and/or document in the applicable format. All material and information that a User may send, publish, show or make available in any other way on or through the Website will be referred to as “User Content” in these Legal Conditions.
Certain User Content may be publicly available in some sections of the Website or depending on the User’s privacy settings. The User should send only the User Content that they wish to share publicly with others in accordance with these General Terms of Use and the Website Privacy Policy.
The User is solely liable for all the User Content they include on the Website and expressly declares and guarantees that: (i) they own the User Content that they are sending, publishing, showing or, in any other way, making available on the Website or through the same, or that they have the right or authorisation, in some other way, to publish it and make it available on the Website and that they grant the user licence to DGNET as established in this section; (ii) the said User Content and its sending, publication, display or availability on or through the Website does not violate applicable law or privacy rights, advertising rights, authors’ rights, contractual rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights belonging to any person or entity; (iii) such sending, publication, display or availability on or through the Website will not give rise to breach of an agreement between the User and a third party. The User expressly accepts that the same will pay all royalties, fees, damages and any other amounts owed to any persons or entities derived from the said User Content having been sent, published or displayed on or through the Website.
The User is liable for ensuring that all the User Content is continually up to date so that it reflects their real situation at all times. The User accepts that they will defend and compensate DGNET and the companies in its business group and hold the same harmless in the event of any claims derived from such User Content that the User may make available.
Only to the extent permitted by law, if you, as a User, publish User Content on the Website, you grant DGNET a right and a licence that are non-exclusive, global, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid for, royalty free and capable of sublicensing, to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform and publish the User Content, prepare derivative works based on the same and take advantage of it, in any other way, for the purpose of publishing material on the Website or a website belonging to its partners, and maintain and promote the Website, without restrictions. You further grant DGNET, its partners and sublicensees, a licence, pursuant to the terms established above, to use your name, username, trademarks and logos in relation to any User Content or the marketing materials of the Website, or in actions initiated by BESTJOBS to promote or advertise such User Content (eg job offers), including using keywords on third-party online search engines.
II. Publication/Posting rules concerning User Content
The User undertakes to comply with the following rules:
- All User Content that the User provides to BESTJOBS must be true and accurate. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data they may communicate on the Website, and that they have the right or authorisation to provide them.
- The User is liable for ensuring that all the User Content is kept continually up to date so that it reflects their real situation at all times. The User will be solely liable for any false or inaccurate declarations they may make and any damages these may cause to BESTJOBS and/or third parties.
- The User must refrain from using, publishing and making available on the Website any User Content that is or that may be interpreted as harmful, defamatory, slanderous, discriminatory, abusive or obscene, that contains insults of a sexual, ethnic or racial nature or that the User knows to be false, deceptive or inaccurate.
- The User must refrain from using, publishing and making available on the Website any User Content that is of a pornographic nature or that infringes upon child-protection laws, or that is aimed at advertising, offering or distributing pornographic products or products that infringe upon child-protection laws, and from bothering other users (particularly through spam).
- The User must refrain from using, publishing and making available on the Website any User Content that is legally protected (especially, by legislation concerning intellectual property rights, eg trademarks, patents, utility models, aesthetic models and trade secrets) without having the right or authorisation to do so.
- The User must refrain from using, publishing and making available on the Website any User Content that damages or that may damage or in any way affect the quality of the services offered on the Website.
The User knows and accepts that use of the Website services takes place under their sole and exclusive liability.
BESTJOBS reserves the right to erase any User Content or part thereof that, in its view, infringes the publication rules set out above or any other undertakings established in these Legal Conditions. If you believe that any User Content breaches the provisions of this section, contact our customer service team so we can analyse it and consider erasing it, where applicable.
The User will be liable for loss and damage of any type that DGNET may incur that is a consequence of intentional or malicious breach of any of the obligations to which The User is subject pursuant to these Legal Conditions and the applicable regulations.
III. Reviews, comments and salaries
On some of its Websites, BESTJOBS offers Users a service where they can review companies and the selection processes they perform; it also offers salary statistics, to try to positively contribute to the job market, and offer a higher level of transparency and appropriate information so that Jobseekers can make an informed decision about the job they are applying for.
The Professional User knows and accepts that on their public profile or business page, and in any job offers they may publish through the same, reviews may also be shown that Private Users have included about the same, where available, based on their current or past employment experience or a selection process they have been through with the said Professional User, as long as the content of the reviews and comments is not offensive, insulting, defamatory or in breach of any of the rules concerning publishing User Content. The BESTJOBS moderation team will monitor for compliance with the above and the Professional User may, where applicable, report the content of such reviews on the Website.
The Professional User must not offer incentives for employees, ex-employees or candidates to leave reviews and/or comments. BESTJOBS will delete any reviews should there be evidence that the reviewers were compensated for leaving their reviews and comments on the Website.
The Professional User must not threaten or coerce anybody into leaving reviews. Reviews are anonymous, which means that the Professional User cannot force BESTJOBS to disclose who has written them and neither can it force its employees, ex-employees or candidates to reveal the content of any reviews they have made.
When leaving reviews and/or comments, Private Users must comply with all the publication rules set out in the preceding section, and all other obligations established in these Legal Conditions.
When a Private User leaves a review and/or comment, this must represent their personal opinion, within the limits established above, without coercion and without following instructions from the company in question.
Private Users are prohibited from requesting incentives (eg gifts or economic remuneration) in exchange for publishing reviews and/or comments.
Furthermore, the Website may offer Users estimated salary statistics for certain posts or job categories. BESTJOBS will obtain the said salary statistics using the salary information published, where applicable, by Professional Users in their job offers. The figures provided by the Website are estimations offered solely for information purposes and the degree of precision may vary. Furthermore, the salary information provided on the Website is for general comparison only. Minimum salaries may vary depending on location and the Jobseeker must always make sure they obtain confirmation from the Employer regarding the real salary for a job offer published.
IV. Third-party content
The Website also offers content from other Users, advertisers and third parties. For these purposes, “Third-party Content” means any authored work or information, including salaries, company reviews, interview reviews, company photographs, responses from Employers, job offers, Employer profile information, adverts, comments, opinions, publications, resumes, messages, texts, files, images, authored works, emails, data and any other materials that you, as User, may find on the Website.
Since we cannot control the said Third-party Content, you, as User, understand and accept that: (i) we are not liable for, nor do we support, Third-party Content, including advertising and information about third-party products and services, job adverts and information related to the Employer, company reviews and selection processes, and salaries provided by other Users; (ii) we do not guarantee the accuracy, recency, suitability, trustworthiness or quality of the information contained in the said Third-party Content; (iii) we do not accept any liability for Third-party Content that is made available by Users, advertisers or third parties and that may be censurable, inaccurate, deceptive or illegal or that breaches these Legal Conditions.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites that we have put up as a service for people interested in this information, or published by other Users or advertisers. Use of any of these links to third-party websites is at the User’s own risk. We do not supervise, or have any control over, third-party websites. To the extent that such links are provided by us, they are provided only for convenience, and a link to a third-party website does not imply our support, adoption or sponsorship of, or affiliation with, the said third-party website.
V. BESTJOBS’ Content
BESTJOBS authorises the User to use the Website for the services and functionalities offered there.
The Website contains content provided by BESTJOBS and our licensees. We and our licensees (including other Users) hold and retain all property rights (including all intellectual property rights) over the content that each of us provides and BESTJOBS holds and retains all intellectual property rights over the Website. If you are a User, we hereby grant a licence that is limited, revocable and that cannot be sublicensed under intellectual property rights capable of licensing by us, so you may view, copy and print the Content of BESTJOBS only for your personal use in relation to using the Website and for the purpose of the same. BESTJOBS does not grant any other licences or consents to use of any type over its intellectual property rights or over any other property or rights related to the functionalities and services offered on this Website.
With the exception of what is established above, Users must refrain from: (i) reproducing, modifying, publishing, transferring, distributing, publicly presenting and exhibiting, selling, adapting and creating derivative works based on the Website and its content (excluding their own User Content); (ii) renting, leasing, providing or selling access to the Website. BESTJOBS ® is a registered trademark belonging to DGNET Ltd. The registered trademarks, logos and service marks ("Trademarks") shown on the Website belong to us or third parties. You are not permitted to use these Trademarks without our prior written consent or the consent of the third party that owns the Trademark.
RULES OF USE FOR PROFESSIONAL USERS
Professional User registration, and public profile and account use.
To publish offers and use certain BESTJOBS services the Employer is required to register on the Website as a Professional User. To do this, the Employer’s contact person, which shall be an employee or legal representative of the company, must provide identification data of for the company, including their professional contact information and a password.
To register on our Website, the Professional User must first accept these Legal Conditions and the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
When registering and using the account as a Professional User, the rules set out below must be observed:
- Only companies that exist and that are duly incorporated pursuant to the applicable legislation may be registered.
- Each company may be registered only once, regardless of whether there are any subsidiaries or branches, and regardless of whether there are any alterations to the tax data of a company that has been previously registered.
- Registration on the Website and use of its services must have been authorised by the legal representative of the company. By registering on the Website, the Professional User makes the above declarations and issues the above guarantees.
- There must be some type of direct employment or professional relationship between the contact person responsible for performing registration and the Professional User (Employer). The individual acting as the contact person or representative of the Professional User may not be an independent agent, or represent and register more than one company as an Employer.
- To use the Website services only to advertising job offers and looking for Jobseekers for the job offers published, as well as management of the recruitment processes through the use of the tools offered by BESTJOBS and within the Website. All other uses are strictly prohibited.
- It is expressly forbidden both to register users of the account and to allow the use of the same or resell its access, in the case of individuals outside the organization of the Employer, including their own customers.
- The Professional User must use the Website to publish the recruitment processes of its organization, with the exception of those recruiting companies that use it in the development of their own activity, excluding digital/online platforms, and as long as they do not compete or intend to compete against DGNET and/or the companies pertaining to its corporate group.
- The Professional User must manually and interactively access the services and any information published on this Website. It is prohibited to access or read the Website using robots or automatic programs.
To complete, update and/or improve its public profile or company page, the Professional User authorises BESTJOBS to include information, photographs, videos, trademarks and logos and any other information that the Professional User may have made publicly available on its corporate website and/or social networks. The Professional User may, at any time, edit, modify, erase or update the said content included by BESTJOBS on its public profile or company page. BESTJOBS will include only content that complies with these Legal Conditions and, in particular, with the rules on content publication set out above.
BESTJOBS will check that the Website registration requirements have been fulfilled based on its own judgement or the legitimate, certified requirements of third parties, entities or institutions, and it reserves the right to refuse to register a company or entity, for commercial reasons or due to past contractual breaches or breaches of the Legal Conditions, if this has been proven or if there are grounds to suspect such breach, or due to having received complaints from third parties concerning inappropriate activities.
Breach of the registration rules may mean immediate cancellation of the account belonging to the Professional User and destruction of its associated content without the possibility of recovery.
In no event will suspension of the service or refusal to activate an account due to breach of the registration rules or any of the Legal Conditions give rise to refund of payments made.
Content of job offers
All offers must be for real jobs and their content must be true. A previously published vacancy may not be duplicated.
Entering job offers is prohibited in all the following events:
- If such offers are allegedly illegal pursuant to national, EU or international legislation or if their purpose is to perform activities that are allegedly illegal or in breach of good practice and the principles of good faith.
- If they could damage the good name and reputation of BESTJOBS.
- If they breach the rules on Content publication established in these Legal Conditions.
- If they fail to meet the quality parameters established at BESTJOBS.
- If they include a form to enable direct contact with the company in the field used to describe the role (email, telephone, URL or FAX).
- If they include more than one job in the same offer.
- If they correspond to offers where payment is exclusively on commission or where it is above the average salary for the job in question.
- If they require the candidate to make a capital investment.
- If they involve work exchanges, volunteering or work with deferred payment.
- If they corresponded to sales based on a multi-level or pyramid system.
- If they require photographs to be sent (an exception to this limitation is the passport-sized photograph included on the resume that Private Users provide).
- If they are defined as offers for “models” or “masseurs” without requiring experience or specific certification in this field.
- If they contravene basic human rights, infringe legal rights, attempt to take advantage of people, show a lack of online courtesy, create a nuisance or could generate negative opinions among Users or third parties. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to the following: inserting content that favours or fosters the creation, maintenance and development of businesses related to pornography, obscene material or managing erotic contacts; content related to clairvoyants, tarot, “occult sciences” or any other related content; and, in general, any content that BESTJOBS deems to be inappropriate for its Users.
- If they contravene the principles of legality, honour, responsibility, protection of human dignity, child protection, protection of public order, protection of privacy, consumer protection and intellectual property rights.
BESTJOBS reserves the power to remove from the Website any content deemed inappropriate in view of the characteristics and purposes of the Website.
Any Professional User that may enter content that contravenes any legislation in force or these Legal Conditions will be exclusively liable for all damages and consequences derived from its publication, and must hold BESTJOBS harmless from any liability in the respect.

Other obligations applicable to Professional Users
Professional Users must not use the advert published to:
- Publish false, inaccurate or deceptive information.
- Publish on behalf of another person, whether they are living or dead.
- Advertise trade or acquire clients (including, but not limited to: positions for multi-level companies, franchises, membership clubs, product distribution and any other type of trade requiring cash investment by the User).
- Publish chain letters or pyramid schemes.
- Publish opinions, news or adverts, or promote products or services.
- Obtain mass information about Users, in particular, their resumes, for uses over than the purpose of the Website.
Regarding data obtained from Private Users, Professional Users must comply with the following:
- Access Candidate’s data for clear, legitimate purposes in accordance with the services specifically contracted and pursuant to the provisions of these Legal Conditions and only for recruitment purposes.
- Process candidate information with the utmost secrecy and confidentiality and pursuant to all applicable legislation on personal data protection from time to time.
- Refrain from transferring personal data to natural and legal persons other than the ones expressly authorised and for uses other than the purpose of the Website, which is to connect, via the Website, private individuals looking for work with employers or recruiters looking for Candidates so they can offer them work.
- Protect all personal data to which they have access and guarantee their confidentiality and prevent unauthorised third parties from obtaining access to the same.
- Access data belonging to the persons registered for, or assigned to, each selection process is allowed as long as the user account remains active.
- In no event are Professional Users permitted to store data belonging to Jobseekers for other job adverts or to create a private database of resumes, or to use the Website for any purpose other than the one for which it is designed. Professional Users must, at all times, respect the BESTJOBS Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
Rules on publishing job offers
When publishing job offers on the Website, the following rules must be observed:
- BESTJOBS, at its sole discretion, may offer Professional Users the opportunity to publish a limited number of offers at no charge, to be consumed in a set period and with the restrictions the former may choose to apply from time to time. Notice of the offer will be sent through the management area of the Professional User's personal account. BESTJOBS reserves the right to modify the conditions of the offer at any time.
- All job offers are reviewed by the BESTJOBS team to check their quality and make sure they comply with the Legal Conditions. Once validated, they will be shown on the Website. The validation process may take approximately 24 hours following entry of the offer on the Website. However, this process may sometimes take up to two (2) working days. Job offers have a period of validity of ninety (90) days and this period may be extended by the Professional User, and this will always be subject to the duration of their membership or contract and pursuant to the conditions of service. Once the period of validity and/or membership or the contract has expired, the offers will automatically become unpublished.
- Active job offers can be modified by the Professional User who published the advert at any time during the period of validity of the same and/or of the membership or contract, with the exception of offers linked to the basic service that cannot be modified. Any offer modified following its initial validation will remain pending publication until validation of the modifications by BESTJOBS. In this event, the time taken for this process will not be added to the original validity.
- If published job offers have expired but have not been erased by online search engines that are third party to BESTJOBS, the traffic derived from these offers will be redirected to a selection of similar offers.
- BESTJOBS monitors to ensure the content of adverts is correct. However, it will accept no liability for any errors that may arise or any damage that such errors may cause to third parties. All content published is the exclusive liability of the Professional User that publishes it.
- The Professional User accepts and consents to the offers it publishes being included on online aggregators to try to improve the dissemination and effectiveness of the offers. The information provided by BESTJOBS to the said online aggregators will comprise the title, offer description and all other information that the Professional User decides to make public on BESTJOBS, together with a link from such information to the Website. BESTJOBS will monitor to ensure that any use of such data by online aggregators is in accordance with the purpose of the Website; however, it cannot accept liability should this not be the case.
Premium services and how they work
Within its functionality, BESTJOBS includes access to premium services, obtained either through one-off payments or subscription, and such services enable better use of the Website. Access to the services by Professional Users is voluntary.
The prices and fees applied to each product or subscription will correspond to the ones published on the Website when they are contracted and, in no event, do they include the costs derived from the payment method the Professional User chooses or any corresponding taxes, where applicable, which will be applied before payment takes place.
BESTJOBS will issue an invoice after payment has been made for a product through the Website. Professional Users will be able to access the said invoice in the management area of their personal account. In the event contracting takes place through a sales representative, the latter will be the one to generate an invoice, which will be sent to the Professional User by email and which will also be accessible in the management area belonging to the Professional User on BESTJOBS.
On the date these Legal Conditions are published or up-dated, the following payment services are available on the Website:
- Prime job ads packs that give the Professional User access to the following functionalities:
- Limited access to the contact data for the resumes held in the Jobseeker directory.
- Manual updating of job offers seventy-two (72) hours following a preceding update, which enables the Professional User to improve their position in the offers directory, by raising their offer to a top position.
- Viewing of the resumes of all Jobseekers registered for the vacancies published by the Professional User. Also, use of filters and folders to manage resumes.
- Option to hide the name of the Professional User in job offers, to guarantee that publication is confidential.
- Prime Services that give the Professional User access to the following functionalities:
- Limited access to the contact data on the resumes held in the Jobseeker directory.
- Manual updating of job offers seventy-two (72) hours following a preceding update, which enables the Professional User to improve their position in the offers directory, by raising their offer to a top position.
- Viewing of the resumes of all Jobseekers registered for the vacancies published by the Professional User. Also, use of filters and folders to manage the resumes.
- Featured format for a limited number of offers from the Professional User in the offer directory.
- Urgent offer format for a limited number of offers in the offer directory.
- Priority review of the Professional User's new and modified offers and immediate publication without having to wait for the review process.
- Option to hide the name of the Professional User in job offers, to guarantee that publication is confidential.
Service termination or suspension. Refund policy
The Legal Conditions will remain in force while the Professional User is using the Website and its account remains open. The Professional User can, at any time, delete its profile, account and job offers.
BESTJOBS reserves the power to cancel or suspend the service and prevent or limit the Professional User’s access, without the latter being entitled to a refund for the amount paid in the event of use that is fraudulent or that breaches these Legal Conditions and that is contrary to the purpose of the Website.
Furthermore, BESTJOBS reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel the Website service in the event it should not receive the corresponding payment on the invoice due date, and this notwithstanding applying interest and penalties for non-payment and claiming for amounts pending.
Breach of the registration rules may mean immediate cancellation of the account belonging to the Professional User and destruction of the content associated with the same without the possibility of recovery.
In no event will suspension of the service or refusal to activate an account due to breach of the registration rules or any of the Legal Conditions give rise to a refund for payments made.
BESTJOBS reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the Professional User at any time, with or without prior notice.
The Professional User will be entitled to reimbursement of the unused services in the event of serious breach by BESTJOBS of these Legal Conditions and/or the terms agreed in the relevant signed Service Order or Contract.RULES OF USE FOR PRIVATE USERS
Private User registration and services
Access to the Website by Private Users or Jobseekers does not require prior subscription or registration by the same.
However, to be able to enjoy certain services offered on the Website, the Private User must register there. To create an account, the Private User must provide the following data: name and surname(s), valid email address and password. Furthermore, the Private User may include their academic history, work experience, skills, photograph and city or location on their profile. They can also upload their resume to our Website, in Word or PDF format.
The free services available are as follows:
- A search engine and directory of job offers based on category and location.
- A list of the job offers most sought by other users.
- A record of the User’s most-recent searches for job offers. This will be kept permanently and the User will be able to access it from any computer.
- Subscription to alerts for recently published job offers.
- Application for published job offers, so the Jobseeker can make their contact data available to the Employer.
- Free publication of their resume on the Website. The Jobseeker can determine whether their resume should be automatically accessible to Employers or whether this should be the case only if they apply for a specific job offer.
BESTJOBS may, at any time and without prior notice, choose to stop offering all or some of its services free of charge.
As a result of registering as a Private User of the Website, the Jobseeker expressly authorises BESTJOBS to provide certain information concerning them to enable contact with Employers, respecting, at all times, the privacy level set by the Private User and pursuant to the BESTJOBS Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
Electronic communications and alerts
The Website offers the Private User a free service that provides alerts about job offers and this will be sent to the User’s email once they have registered on the Website using the corresponding form.
The Private User can easily modify or erase the alert services free of charge through a quick process, either by accessing their personal account and deactivating the option to have job-offer alerts sent to them, or by following the instructions given in the footer text of the electronic communications received.
Furthermore, the Website offers the Private User a chat service that enables them to message Professional Users.
Service termination or suspension
The Legal Conditions will remain in force while the Private User makes use of the Website and their account remains open. The Private User can, at any time, delete their profile, account and job offers.
BESTJOBS reserves the power to prevent or limit access and suspend or cancel the account belonging to the Private User in the event of use that breaches these Legal Conditions and that is contrary to the purpose of the Website.
PERSONAL DATA
BESTJOBS will process personal data belonging to Users pursuant to the terms of the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
SECURITY MEASURES
BESTJOBS has implemented appropriate security measures on the Website and continually works to ensure proper protection of the same. However, given that online security measures are not fail safe, as far as privacy and security are concerned, BESTJOBS does not guarantee that third parties, whether authorised or not, cannot find out about the type, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of use that Users make of the functionalities, or that such third parties cannot access, intercept, erase, alter, modify or manipulate the messages, communications and content of any type that Users send out or make available to third parties through the said functionalities.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The exclusions and limitations of liability established in this section are applied to the greatest extent permitted by the relevant law. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any user rights that cannot be legally limited.

We would like to expressly mention that BESTJOBS endeavours to limit access to resumes belonging to Private Users so that only Employers can access them for the purpose of the Website. Nevertheless, BESTJOBS cannot offer a guarantee in this regard. In any event, we will prohibit access to the service to companies in the event that we discover that they are using the data for purposes other than looking for employees.
Within its content, the Website includes links to websites that belong to, or that are managed by, third parties, for the purpose of making it easy for users to access information available online. DGNET does not assume any liability derived from the existence of links between the content on this Website and content located elsewhere or from any other mention of content that is external to this Website. Such links or mentions are exclusively for information purposes and, in no event, do they mean that there is any support, approval, marketing or relation of any type between DGNET and the people or entities that write or manage such content or that own the websites where it is found.

Furthermore, DGNET reserves the right to modify the design, presentation and/or configuration of this Website, and some or all of the services offered, and to add new services.
