Offer description

Duties:
Sales & Marketing of the various training programs offered;
Responding to all queries on trainings offered and sending quotations whether through telephone, email or walk-ins;
Receipting of training fees paid;
Mapping out training strategies and assisting the office with the building of training schedules for the various training requests;
Coordinating with trainers, facilitators, trainings’ partners and trainees;
Supporting trainers and facilitators in designing and developing training agendas and materials and ensuring consistency of the training sessions with the organization's objectives;
Develop and maintain a database of facilitators and trainers for the office;
Manage all the logistics for the training sessions and support trainers in the delivery of training sessions through organization of necessary materials, facilities, equipment and refreshments;
Maintain training attendance, rosters, records, and facilitator/attendee training
materials;
Requisition of office requirements;


Qualifications
Must have a Degree in Commerce(Marketing option)/Business Administration/Management related field
Must have 1 year work experience as a Training Coordinator
Should be able to work under minimal or no supervision
Should have self-initiative
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent planning and organization skills
Must have the ability to meet set targets
Must be able to work outside normal office hours on an occasional basis

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Communication and persuasion, Management, Initiative, Sales
