REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Tourism Management, Marketing, Communication or other related fields attained within the last 2 years.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Leadership skills with an understanding of conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Good organizational and customer care skills.
• Knowledge of the Spanish language.

DUTIES
• Creating new campaigns to promote the company as a brand in global markets
• Identifying and developing new tourism products.
• Enhancing current campaign and marketing plans.
• Contribute to new and creative marketing strategies.
• Identifying community-based tourism projects that the company can engage in.
• Publishing content on different social networks and business.
• Research on prospective clients and international expansion opportunities
• Collecting data on industry trends and innovative ideas.
• Itinerary planning and tour costing.
• Grow your knowledge and skills on international marketing.
• Research and analysis of real business data and statistics.
• Learning adaptability, efficiency and reliability with regards to different tasks and projects.
• Liaising with in hotels, tourism operators, clients and other stake holders.
• Provide administrative support to the Heels and Valise Tours team.
