Job Purpose- The Social Media Manager will be in charge of promoting the company's brand on social media platforms by developing content and managing client interactions.\

Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Actively manage the company’s social media accounts by creating and implementing weekly and monthly social media content calendars.

2.Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights and identifying high-performing ideas and campaigns.

3.Assist the growth of the organization’s brand by raising awareness through designing and executing social media campaigns that align with the overall organization’s goals.

4.Ensure the brand message and organization’s culture are constant and well captured, from the terminology to the images used. Ensuring uniformity in the brand’s tone and content across all platforms.

5.Perform research on current benchmark trends and combine creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create original content that reflects the organization’s culture and speaks to the social media audience.

6.Interact with social media followers by responding to comments and answering questions on different social media platforms.

7. Conduct online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand’s reach.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
