• Preparing Course Outlines
• Preparing training notes and handouts
• Preparing slide presentations
• Researching and compiling up to date training material
• Conducting training sessions on Safety and Health, Fire Safety, First Aid and other HSE related trainings
• Monitoring progress of trainees
• Have significant experience in the design, delivery and sourcing of HSE training
• Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels
• Be passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success
• Must have excellent knowledge of OSHA, 2007 & EMCA, 1999 and their subsidiary legislations
• Minimum of two years of experience in conducting HSE training
• Must have participate a training of Trainers Workshop
• Must have undergone the Emergency Medical Technician Course
• Must have undergone the Basic Life support Instructors course
• Must have undergone a Fire Fighter Course
• Must have undergone an Occupational Safety and Health Course
• Must be able to travel from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Vocational
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Customer service, Communication and persuasion
• Availability to travel: Yes
