    Daily meals preparation and cooking.
    Maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.
    Implementing and leading the food safety program.
    Monitoring workplace safety inspections.
    Monitoring utilities and maintenance needs.
    Facilitating unit team meetings.
    Approving food and non-food store requisitions.
    Collecting meal data for and reporting to the Sous Chef.
    Coordinating events and catering functions with respective schools.
    Any other duty that will be assigned by the Manager.
    Qualifications

    Minimum certificate in Food Production.
    Knowledge of Food safety and Hygiene.
    Two years working experience in schools.
    Computer literate.
