    Quick-books Administration-Invoicing, Receipting, Accounts Reconciliation, etc
    Processing of ETR Receipts
    Reconciliation of Accounts
    Processing of Monthly Payroll
    Maintain accounting and administrative records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, well archived and safeguarded
    Revenue Compliance
    Company's Registrations Compliance
    Development and implementation of relevant financial and administrative policies and procedures
    Ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity is upheld at all times
    Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as requested by the Directors
    Quickbooks knowledge is a must
