3D Renderer/Interior Designer - With experience in Kitchens and wardrobes

Duties and Responsibilities
The main roles and responsibilities for a 3D renderer include the ability to understand and handle CAD.
i. As a 3D renderer, you’ll need to be both creative and technically-minded, in order to model prospective physical objects that will both function well and look good.
ii. Prepare 3D photo-realistic renderings (interiors & exteriors).
iii. Responsible for reading 2D architectural drawings and material swatches and translating them into digital 3D environments through optimized low and high poly models.
iv. They should also be able to use minimum sketches to model and supervise projects, and work with other third parties collaboratively.
v. Collaborate with internal creative team to produce high standard images that are within client constraints and deadlines.
vi. Proactively explores new tools and techniques to provide innovation and raise standards of the rendering workflow.
vii. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients.
viii. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
ix. Making simple but effective presentations in-house as required.
Minimum Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent courses or experience.
• Experienced Employees specializing in 3D Computer Graphics, preferably in Kitchens and wardrobes
• Expert in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, VRay/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop or similar software applications.
• Proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering for both hard surface and organic forms.
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts.
• Excellent in communicating ideas, takes direction well and knows when to speak up in a creative conversations.
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media.
• Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations.
• Detailed-oriented, resourceful with a strong work ethic.
• A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Vocational
• 1 year of experience
