  • Description: As an Administration and HR officer, you main responsibility will be to assist the Country Director and the accountant in all administrative, HR tasks Details
    Responsibilities:
    1. Reception /Administration
    - Handling all incoming calls
    - Handling incoming and outgoing documents (receiving, transmission, follow up, filing)
    - Attending visitors
    - Organize the circulation of documents between the head office and the different points of sales
    2. Accounting
    - Reception of all suppliers invoices and verification of compliance with the internal procedures
    - Transfer of invoices for approval as per procedures
    - Filing and transmission to the accountant as per procedures
    - Prepare payments vouchers and process cheques/online payments as per procedures
    - Record payments
    3. Human resources
    - Filing all the HR documents (contracts, leave requests, …) as per procedure
    - Transfer of all information needed to the accountant to prepare the payroll on time
    - Recording the paid leave days of the staff
    - Manage other tasks requested by CD Skills and Qualifications required
    - Degree in business administration / finance
    - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
    - Perfect honesty and integrity, professional recommendation on the same will be requested
    - Very good organizational skills
    - Good oral and written communication skills in English and Swahili
    - Very meticulous and rigorous
    - Good ability to multi tasks
    - Good resistance to stress
    - Ability to set priorities
