I am looking for a customer care, human resource or administrative manager's job. I have experience in management and customer care. Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in design and a postgraduate diploma in Business management. I enjoy working with people and gain a lot of pleasure from helping them achieve their needs and potential. I have a total of seven years of working experience for various organizations under different capacities of which I have performed well. I am very honest and works tirelessly to ensure that an organization achieves its potential. In my last job posting where I was the general manager, I build the company from inception and by the time I left the company had a client base of over 100 consistent customers, half of whom were through my own initiative and the other from the efforts of the sales reps under my supervision. I am very fluent in both written and spoken English and Swahili languages as well as one local dialect (Kikamba).
