I speak English, Kiswahili, Kikuyu fluently while I also speak reasonable Spanish and German. • I have had experience in diverse areas in community education, human resource management, office administration, staff and volunteer supervision and training, facilitation of training sessions, workshops and conferences, report writing, procurement of goods and services. • Ability to make presentations to local, national and international audiences; liaising with local and international partners have led to an increased profile and funding for programs. • I have coordinated media plans and appeared in the local media to promote relevant issues; • Having attended several local and international workshops, I have gained knowledge and advocacy skills that I have implemented in the work place and to other partner organizations • Ability to develop and implement proposals and concept notes ensuring that financial records are well maintained for both internal and external audits; • I am able to work with people at all levels to facilitate any changes they may desire or that may motivate them; •Proficiency in computer application programs i.e. MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint), Communication (networking, email and internet), accounting software (Quick books) and Desktop publishing (Illustrator, Adobe, and Photoshop).
