I am a Public health graduate with over 4 years working experience and currently working for Plan; an international Non Governmental Organisation based in Bondo in Nyanza province. Current duties include, • Capacity building of community based organisations • Facilitate development initiatives among the community including Implementation of Plan programmes; participate actively in the whole project cycle from planning, implementation, Monitoring and evaluation, budgeting • Establish and strengthen linkages between community, Plan and other organisations • Resource mobilisation • Proposal writing Successfully facilitated implementation of the Canadian coalition project which is an HIV/AIDS grant with focus on gender, youths and with a budget of approximately USD 0.5M. under the same project, I lead a group of youths to attend the XVI international conference in Toronto, Canada whose theme was “Time to deliver” and made presentation. I have been implementing ASRH project for Plan International in Bondo DA for the last 3 years. I also lead in other HIV/AIDS related programming including Home Based Care, VCT, OVC care and support
