| As summarized in the enclosed resume, I have gained experience in my two years of working as an office manager and an assistant restaurant manager where my duties included administration, training, planning, organizing and coordinating the team that worked under my supervision; currently I am attached to the office of The Deputy CEO (Interim independent Electoral commission) as an executive secretary. In my client oriented career I have been able to participate in teamwork, I am fluent in oral and written English and therefore able to communicate clearly and effectively. I am also well conversant with ms word, excel, & PowerPoint. In addition I have the personal qualities that would fit me well into your organization, I work well with people.
In my concentrated curriculum at the Kenya Utalii College, I studied Hotel management; presently I am in my third year at Daystar University (evening class) pursuing a Bachelor of commerce Degree in Business Administration & management. My training has certainly prepared me for this kind of work.
