KenCall has vacancies for the position of a Transcriber. Their role will be to convert audio message to text and e-mail the transcription.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Minimum education level of a college degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
At least 20 + years
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Thorough working knowledge of English grammar, spelling, editing, composition and formatting of reports.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening skills.
Excellent Typing speed with a minimum of 35WPM and 95% accuracy.
Able to identify and solve problems.
Record of good attendance and dependability.
Demonstrate warmth, cultural competence and responsiveness to customer needs.
