Must have Degree/Higher diploma in HR,Postgraduate Diploma in Hr,Registered with Professional bodies i.e KIM,IHRM,HRMIS,KCSE C+ and above,Ability to work under pressure,2 years of relevant professional experience,high level of prowess and competence and excellent communication skills. |
