1)Should be able to understand customer’s requirement thoroughly and generate a Requirement Summary document for each requirement .
2)Should be able to formulate and propose a complete solution / if required after interacting with the Principle (OEM)
3)Should understand the basics of Project Management so that he can manage the GIS components of a Solution Project
4)Should be able to handle product demos on RS &GIS .
5)Should be able to do some amount of customization on the GIS products to build Vertical or Domain specific demo’s / prototypes .

Some of the Skill sets that the person should have / desirable : 6years + experience
1)GIS product knowledge of the leading products in the market space
2)Remote Sensing Product / Technology understanding and its integration with GIS .
3)Skills on .NET , C++ , Java
4)Basic idea on Networking /Hardware.
