Successfull candidate will be in charge of Group personnel management with 8 subsidiaries and 150 staff members. Must have a minimum of Diploma in personnel management and at least two years experience in a busy organization. Must have excellent communication skills and able to formulate strategies to guide the group in personnel matters,recruitments, training, retention etc .
