Company description:
Kenya Ceramic Project manufactures Cera Maji ceramic water filters for home use. Our new factory is in Kiminini Kenya. The process uses potters for peace technology and will produce filters for up to 100,000 persons per year. All materials and labor are to be local Kenyan. We are part of the Common Ground program, in existence for 10 years, and founded by Joshua Machinga of Kiminini Kenya. Initial funding is from Village Volunteers in the USA and KCP Canada in Alberta.
