Established in 1997, Strategic Dimensions is a Management and Development Consultancy firm that offers services aimed at strengthening organizational capacity and upgrading human resources capacity of our clients. The firm is professionally managed by a team of qualified and competent consultants who have accumulated a wealth of experience as practitioners and consultants in private, public and non-profit organizations, with wide local and international exposure.
We offer management and development consultancy services to a wide range of clients, which include Private and Public sector organizations, UN Agencies, Non-Governmental Organizations, Churches, Para-Church organizations and Civil Society Organizations.
Since our establishment in 1997, we have worked with a wide range of organizations here in Kenya and in other countries including Ethiopia, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. In addition our principal consultants have undertaken assignments in Burundi, Eritrea, Gambia, Malawi, South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. We have a team of dedicated professionals who are adaptable and able to cope with varying situations and circumstances. The team is change-oriented individuals who are adaptable to varying working environments including working in hardship/difficult areas.
Due to the growth and the need to strategically place itself in the local and international markets, the firm changed its legal status from a partnership to a limited liability company in May 2003.
