Samasource is a social enterprise that connects women, youth, and refugees living in poverty to digital work. We are a small, dynamic team committed to changing the world. In just one year, we’ve found work for over 900 people and received funding and in-kind support from the Facebook Fund, Rockefeller, Templeton, and Mitchell Kapor Foundations, and the Stanford Social Enterprise Challenge, as well as numerous awards. Our advisory board includes luminaries in the fields of social enterprise, technology, and development such as Premal Shah, President of Kiva; Ken Banks, founder of Frontline SMS; and Katherine Barr, a partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures.
