Pan-Africa Network Group (Kenya) Co., Ltd is one of two licensed Broadcasting Signal Distributor in Kenya. The company won the license in October 2011, and intends to begin the construction and roll-out the national digital broadcasting infrastructure for migration of analogue to digital television that shall take place in June 2012.
The company is part of StarTimes Holdings, a high-tech group of companies registered in Beijing, China. The group has digital television projects in eight African countries, including Tanzania, Nigeria, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Guinea, Central Africa and Mozambique.
