Mara Foundation is a social enterprise that designs and implements programmes that promote entrepreneurship and education, headquartered in Uganda and with operations in Kenya.
In entrepreneurship, we run a mentorship programme called Entrepreneur Launchpad that partners top business leaders with exciting young entrepreneurs, as well as exclusive Young Entrepreneurs Clubs. We own and run an innovation and entrepreneurship space in Kampala, called the Mara Launchpad.
We take an entrepreneurial approach to meeting the region’s challenges, and we look for opportunities to make the biggest impact we can. For example, our mentorship programme is structured to be competitive and demand-driven.
