WMG Management Consultants Ltd. is a registered consultancy firm based in Nairobi, Kenya and
working in East Africa and the Great Lakes Region. Our aim is to develop partnerships and deliver
services that facilitate the achievement of our clients’ strategies and objectives in the quest for
sustainable development within the spheres of economic growth, democratic space, environmental
context and gender inclusion.
WMG brings together the combined experiences and skills of its founders: Winnie Guchu and Christine
Katee, who have worked in the development arena for the last sixteen years and bring to bear a diversity
of disciplines and experiences, and a unique blend of skills from both the development and private
sectors. They have a great passion for ensuring the achievement of the “bottom line” of each client’s
agenda and impact at the grassroots level. Our motto is “making a difference.” We aim to make a lasting
difference in the organisations and ultimately in the communities and in the countries served.
Our objective is to ensure the success of projects and organisations through strategic planning, efficient
